AP 1520: RFQ: SUPPLY A MONITORING AND EVALUATION FUNCTION TO CASIDRA FOR THE WESTERN CAPE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE FOR INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

The works, as described, requires the services of professional service providers in the categories of skills and knowledge to carry out a monitoring and evaluation function on infrastructure projects as per full scope of works on CPBD 4. This assignment will be in terms of a Service Level Agreement which will be signed with the service provider for 35 projects. The client will be Casidra, the implementing entity for the Western Cape Department of Agriculture for their grant funding assistance to Black smallholder farmers in the CASP and Ilima infrastructure projects.

In accordance with Casidra’s Preferential Procurement Policy, this bid as further indicated in CPBD 5.1 is subject to:

  • a functionality compliance test;
  • B-BBEE certified bids will receive preferential scores.

The successful bidder will be required to fill in and sign a Service Level Agreement (CPBD 8)

BID DEADLINE:  The closing date for the bid is 10 November 2023 strictly at 12H00.

All RFQ documents to be uploaded onto the Casidra RFQ/Tender portal. No e-mailed or hard copy documents will be accepted.

NOTE TO BIDDERS:

Bidders are required to ensure that electronic bid submissions are done at least a day before the closing date to prevent issues which they may encounter due to their internet speed, bandwidth or the size of number of uploads they are submitting. Please do not wait for the last minute to submit. A bidder can upload 30MB and up to 10 documents per upload and multiple uploads are permitted.
