GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
The works, as described is situated in the Wolseley district. The quoted amount will be a lump sum bid and must include all the work specified. The successful bidder must have the capacity to start the works within 7 (seven) days after appointment.
The scope of works will include.
The work entails the completion of the existing work;
- Supply and construct concrete bases under gate, anchor and corner posts.
- Construct 1800mm high fence
Conditions that may pose a risk: (Summary of Risk analysis)
Clayish and rocky ground conditions can be expected and shuttering in the excavations will be needed and the Contractor must put all necessary precautions in place to work under these conditions. Security for materials and equipment must be supplied by the Contractor.

In accordance with Casidra’s Preferential Procurement Policy, this bid is subject to:
a functionality compliance test
B-BBEE certified bids will receive preferential scores.
SUBMISSION OF RFQ:
All RFQ documents to be uploaded onto the Casidra RFQ/Tender portal. No e-mailed or hard copy documents will be accepted.
NOTE TO BIDDERS:
Bidders are required to ensure that electronic bid submissions are done at least a day before the closing date to prevent issues which they may encounter due to their internet speed, bandwidth or the size of number of uploads they are submitting. Please do not wait for the last minute to submit. A bidder canupload30MB and up to 10 documents per upload and multiple uploads are permitted.
