GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
The works, as described is part of the Agriculture and CASP programme of the Department of Agriculture Western Cape, Viljoens Farming situated in Phillippi farms requires a supply and delivery of Two-wheel tractor with Rotary tiller. The quoted amount will be a lump sum bid. The quoted amount must include supply and delivery. The successful bidder must have the capacity to deliver the required implements within 7 (Seven) days after appointment.
Detailed brochure (including pictures of the tractor and rotary) and quotation of the tractors must accompany this document.
Conditions that may pose a risk: (Summary of Risk analysis)
The two-wheel tractor and rotary tiller must be delivered in good working condition with all components required, risk may occur during transportation or delivery of the goods. The supplier must ensure the safety of goods during transportation and delivery period.

SUBMISSION OF RFQ:
All RFQ documents to be uploaded onto the Casidra RFQ/Tender portal. No e-mailed or hard copy documents will be accepted.
NOTE TO BIDDERS:
