BID NO: 17/2023 RE-ADVERTISEMENT: MANUFACTURING AND DELVERY OF A RETORT FOR BATCH STERILIZATION 

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

The works, as described, are part of the Garden Route District Municipality SMME programme for the Garden Route District. The quoted amount will be a lump sum bid and must include labour and machinery. As the works are an emergency, the successful bidder must have the capacity to start the works within 7 (seven) days of appointment and complete the work within 4 (four) months from date of appointment.

In accordance with Casidra’s Preferential Procurement Policy, this bid is subject to a functionality compliance test. B-BBEE certified bids will receive preferential scores.

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the name of the bidder and the inscription “BID NO: 17/2023 RE-ADVERTISEMENT: MANUFACTURING AND DELVERY OF A RETORT FOR BATCH STERILIZATION” and placed in the bid box available at Reception of Casidra’s Head Office, 22 Louws Avenue, Southern Paarl.  No faxed, counter-to-counter courier or posted bids will be accepted.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Thursday, 15 February 2024 strictly at 12:00.
