RFQ: MARKET ACCESS PROJECT: TRAVEL AGENT REQUIRED FOR THE GHANA AND NIGERIA AGROFOOD EXHIBITION 2024

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

The Department of Agriculture and Casidra seek to appoint a travel agent to assist with arranging the flights and accommodation for producers exhibiting their products at the Agro-Food Exhibition taking place in Ghana and Nigeria in March 2024.

In accordance with Casidra’s Preferential Procurement Policy, this bid is subject to a functionality compliance test. B-BBEE certified bids will receive preferential scores.

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

All bid documents must be downloaded from Casidra RFQ/Tender portal and cannot be provided by email or in hard copy.

Tenders:

Sealed tenders, endorsed as indicated in the bid document, must reach Casidra SOC Ltd at their Head Office, 22 Louws Avenue, Southern Paarl, placed in the bid box available at Reception.

RFQ’s:

All RFQ documents must be uploaded onto the Casidra RFQ/Tender portal. No e-mailed or hard copy documents will be accepted. 

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Thursday, 07 March 2024 strictly at 12:00.
