CANCELLATION NOTICE

AP3262: TENDER NO: 11/2024: CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW STEEL STRUCTURE (SHED) 

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 13(2) of the Preferential Procurement Regulation, 2017, that abovementioned tender has been cancelled due to the following reason:

Section 13(1) of the above mention Regulation states:

• An organ of state may, before the award of a tender, cancel a tender invitation if
  • There is a material irregularity in the tender process.

AP3262: BID 11/2024: LAINGSBURG: VISKUIL ENTERPRISES: CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW STEEL STRUCTURE 

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

The works, as described, are part of the Agriculture and Land Reform programme of the Department of Agriculture Western Cape for the Central Karoo district. Viskuil Enterprises is situated, in Laingsburg. The farm is west of Laingsburg, on the N1. The 2km gravel road is in a good condition. The quoted amount will be a lump sum bid and must include supply, delivered and construction of shed.

The successful bidder must have the capacity to start work within Seven (7) days after appointment and complete works within 88 (eighty-eight) days.

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

All bid documents must be downloaded from Casidra RFQ/Tender portal and cannot be provided by email or in hard copy.

Tenders:

Sealed tenders, endorsed as indicated in the bid document, must reach Casidra SOC Ltd at their Head Office, 22 Louws Avenue, Southern Paarl, placed in the bid box available at Reception.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Wednesday; 28 August 2024 strictly at 12:00.
