AP3263: RFQ: PALMIETFONTEIN: CSW BUSINESS ENTERPRISES: SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF IMPLEMENTS 

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

The works, as described, are part of the Agriculture and Land Reform programme of the Department of Agriculture Western Cape for the Central Karoo district. CSW Business Enterprises project is situated 20km outside Matjiesfontein on the Keurkloof gravel road. The quoted amount will be a lump sum bid and must include supply, delivery of implements.  Casidra reserves the right to split the bid based on individual item prices.

The successful bidder must have the capacity to supply, deliver the implements within 30 calendar days starting from the day of appointment. Detailed brochures (including pictures of the equipment) and quotation of each of the implements must accompany this document.

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

All bid documents must be downloaded from Casidra RFQ/Tender portal and cannot be provided by email or in hard copy.

RFQ’s:

All RFQ documents must be uploaded onto the Casidra RFQ/Tender portal. No e-mailed or hard copy documents will be accepted.
