GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
The works, as described, are part of the Agriculture and Land Reform programme of the Department of Agriculture Western Cape for the Klein Karoo district. Vaalvlie Boerdery Primary Coop Project is situated in Haarlem, Little Karoo district. The quoted amount will be a lump sum bid and must include supply, delivery and installation of potato handling equipment. Casidra reserves the right to split the bid based on individual item prices.
The successful bidder must have the capacity to supply, deliver and install the equipment within 30 calendar days starting from the day of appointment. Detailed brochures (including pictures of the equipment) and quotation of each of the implements must accompany this document.

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS:
Sealed tenders, endorsed as indicated in the bid document, must reach Casidra SOC Ltd at their Regional Office, 133 Cradock Street, George, 6530 placed in the bid box available at Reception.
FAILURE TO PROVIDE ANY OF THE COMPULSORY DOCUMENTATION AND PARTICULARS MAY RENDER THE BID INVALID.
