BID NO: 10/2023 SUNNYDALE: TEMPUS DYNAMICS (PTY) LTD: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RAW MATERIALS FOR FOOD PRODUCTION

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
The works, as described, is situated approximately 5km from Fish Hoek in the Cape Metropole. The quoted amount will be a lump sum bid and must include supply and delivery of the Raw material. The successful bidder must have the capacity to start the works within 7 (seven) days of appointment and complete the work within 30 (thirty) days.
Conditions that may pose a risk:
This specific area is a low to moderate crime area. The Contractor must put all necessary precautions in place to deliver under these conditions and to provide his / her own security measures for the safekeeping of material if or in case necessary.
The scope of works will include:
- Supply and delivery of raw materials for the manufacturing of nutritional supplements as further identified in CBD 4
In accordance with Casidra’s Preferential Procurement Policy, this bid as further indicated in CBD 5.1 is subject to:
- A functionality compliance test;
- B-BBEE certified bids will receive preferential scores;
BID DEADLINE: The closing date for the bid is 28 September 2023 strictly at 12H00.
SUBMISSION OF BIDS
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the name of the bidder and the inscription “SUNNYDALE: TEMPUS DYNAMICS (PTY) LTD: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RAW MATERIALS FOR FOOD PRODUCTION – BID NO. 2023/10” and placed in the bid box available at Reception of Casidra’s Head Office, 22 Louws Avenue, Southern Paarl. No late, faxed, emailed, counter-to-counter courier or posted bids will be accepted.
The following documents (including fully completed and signed CBD forms numbered 1 to 5.1 as supplied) must be valid for a period of 90 calendar days after closure of the bid and submitted as a bid packet:
