BID NO: 18/2023 CLINICAL VETERINARY SERVICES TO SMALLHOLDER LIVESTOCK FARMERS IN THE WESTERN CAPE 

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

The works, as described, requires the services of professional, qualified veterinary service providers in the categories of skills and knowledge as specified below.  This assignment will be in terms of a framework agreement entered into and a service level agreement will be signed with the service provider for a period of 12 months.  Service providers to indicate on CBD 4 which areas / districts they will operate in.

The client will be the Western Cape Department of Agriculture.

The categories of services required are:

• Clinical veterinary services for production animals to smallholder livestock farmers by Private Veterinarians.

In accordance with Casidra’s Preferential Procurement Policy, this bid is subject to a functionality compliance test. B-BBEE certified bids will receive preferential scores.

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

Sealed tenders, endorsed as indicated in the bid document, must reach Casidra SOC Ltd at their Head Office, 22 Louws Avenue, Southern Paarl, placed in the bid box available at Reception.
