CANCELLATION NOTICE RFQ: SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF AN IRRIGATION SYSTEM
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 13(2) of the Preferential Procurement Regulation, 2017, that abovementioned tender has been cancelled due to the
following reason:
Section 13(1) of the above mention Regulation states:
- An organ of state may, before the award of a tender, cancel a tender invitation if-
(a) due to changed circumstances, there is no longer a need for the goods or services specified in the invitation.
