REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: CALL FOR IT SERVICE PROVIDERS TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT SOFTWARE INTEGRATION SOLUTION
Casidra SOC Ltd is in need of a service provider to develop and implement a software integration solution that will integrate all Casidra’s standalone systems and processes. The proposed solution should integrate project management, procurement, finance and Human capital systems.
IT Infrastructure
The application architecture at Casidra comprises of the following components:

- “Pastel Partner” which is used to manage a large number of bank accounts.
- A customised application that is currently used to manage the funds to specific project needs for both public and private funders.
- A HC system called “S-Cubed” that is partially integrated with a third-party payroll system called “Greatsoft”.
- Absa Bio integrator for payment capture and approvals.
- A multitude of “Excel” spreadsheets for accounting, information management, and reporting purposes.
- On-premise application servers
The scope of works will include:
Virtual presentation to IT steering committee/management of proposed integration solution based on general requirements and current IT Infrastructure.
- Integration implementation breakdown of all phases before going live.
- Daily payment feed from operational tool to ABSA integrator and financial tool.
- Automate business processes and project processes
- Report writing-business intelligence capabilities
- Advance electronic payment approval process
- Accurate and timely access to reliable information – BI (Business Intelligence)
- The ability to share information between all components of the organization
- Quote (Integration Costing (All phases))
- Provide the required training to staff.

All suppliers interested to submit a proposal, must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). In accordance with Casidra’s Preferential Procurement Policy, BEE qualified bids will receive preferential scores.
BID DEADLINE: The closing date for the bid is 14 JUNE 2023 AT 12H00.
Proposals must be submitted via the electronic Casidra RFQ/Tender portal in PDF format. No e-mailed or hard copy documents will be accepted.
