GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
The works, as described, are part of the Food security programme for Goat farming situated in Philadelphia at Three fountains Estate. The quoted amount will be a lump sum bid and must include labour and equipment. The successful bidder must have the capacity to start with the work within 7 (Seven) days after appointment.
The scope of works will include:
Construction of a fence for livestock (Goat), clearing of trees or shrubs mainly Ports Jackson in the area where the fence will be constructed, install posts (only labour required), wire fencing (only labour), the farm gate (supply and fit). Install Wooden solar panel stand, supply and instal a pump for the wellpoint and water tank.
The locations of the farm is as follows:
Vee and Dee farming project, Portion 116 of 82, Driefontein farm no.29, Philadelphia: -33°61’09.9″S, 18°52’52.2″E
In accordance with Casidra’s Preferential Procurement Policy, BEE certified bids will receive preferential scores.
The successful bidder will be required to fill in and sign a Service Level Agreement (CPBD 8).
BID DEADLINE: The closing date for the bid is 01 SEPTEMBER 2023 strictly at 12H00.
SUBMISSION OF RFQ
All RFQ documents to be uploaded onto the Casidra RFQ/Tender portal. No e-mailed or hard copy documents will be accepted.
NOTE TO BIDDERS:
