GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
The works, as described, is to procure the services of a consulting firm specializing in community facilitation. The works will be linked to two government owned farms, to be handed over to the respective communities.
The Community Facilitation Provider (CFP) will be based in Oudtshoorn/ Dysselsdorp or Ladismith/ Zoar, and rotate between the Waaikraal and Amalienstein farms and its communities. The CFP, will work under the direction and guidance of the Chief Programme Officer at Casidra. The role will report directly to the Senior Project Manager: Farm Support. The Community Facilitation Provider will also closely liaise with representatives of the Western Cape Department of Agriculture, Western Cape Department of Transport and Public Works and other governmental stakeholders.

SUBMISSION OF RFQ:
All RFQ documents to be uploaded onto the Casidra RFQ/Tender portal. No e-mailed or hard copy documents will be accepted.
NOTE TO BIDDERS:
