GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
The works, as described, are part of the Agriculture and Land Reform programme of the Department of Agriculture Western Cape for the Cape Winelands district. Roode Zand Farm Holdings is situated in De Doorns. The quoted amount will be a lump sum bid and must include supply, registration, and delivery. Casidra reserves the right to split the bid based on individual implement prices.
The successful bidder must have the capacity to supply and deliver both the implements before 24 November 2023. Detailed brochures (including pictures of the tractors and sprayer) and quotation of each of the implements must accompany this document.
The scope of works will include the supply and delivery of a tractor and sprayer that complies with the following minimum specifications as described below:
- Mounted Herbicide sprayer
- 1 x 75HP 4 WD Tractor
In accordance with Casidra’s Preferential Procurement Policy, this bid as further indicated in CBD 5.1 is subject to:
- a functionality compliance test;
- B-BBEE certified bids will receive preferential scores;

SUBMISSION OF RFQ
All RFQ documents to be uploaded onto the Casidra RFQ/Tender portal. No e-mailed or hard copy documents will be accepted.
NOTE TO BIDDERS:
