GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
The works as described is required on location, situated next to the “Stellenbosch Flight Academy. The quoted amount will be a lump sum bid and must include the supply of the machinery and for the delivery thereof. The quoted amount will be a lump sum bid and must include labour and equipment. The successful bidder must have the capacity to start with the work within 7 (Seven) days after appointment.
The scope of works is as follows:
The supply and delivery of a tractor (Landini Solis 90 or equal and approved)
- Must be minimum 65Kw (87hp) diesel Tractor with 4-wheel drive type and fitted with power steering.
- Must have a hydraulic lift capacity of 2,5 tons with a 3-point linkage control to work with various implements.
- Must be registered to Casidra (SOC) Ltd.
- Brochure for these particular tractors must accompany this document.
- Transmission: Synchromesh 12 forward + 12 reverse, Shuttle.
- Must be delivered at the project in Stellenbosch.
- Must provide minimum 1 year guarantee.
- Must provide optional service plan and give written proof of free services (Please indicate service interval on the quotation).
- Minimum one year guarantee on the tractors and the first service of the tractor must be free. (Please indicate service interval on the quotation).
- Must have a service centre within 50 km from the project.
Indicate an optional service plan cost for at least one year.
The location of the farm is as follows:
HLA BOERDERY: 33°59’00.36″S, 18°49’07.76″E
In accordance with Casidra’s Preferential Procurement Policy, this bid as further indicated in CBD 5.1 is subject to:
- a functionality compliance test;
- B-BBEE certified bids will receive preferential scores;
BID DEADLINE: The closing date for the bid is 10 October 2023 strictly at 12H00
SUBMISSION OF RFQ
All RFQ documents to be uploaded onto the Casidra RFQ/Tender portal. No e-mailed or hard copy documents will be accepted.
NOTE TO BIDDERS:
