RFQ: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TRACTOR WITH FRONT LOADER

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

The works, as described, are part of the Agriculture and Land Reform programme of the Department of Agriculture Western Cape for the Northwest coast district. Tieties Enterprise and Services project is based in vredendal. The quoted amount will be a lump sum bid and must include supply, registration, and delivery.

The scope of works will include the supply, registration, and delivery of the tractor with front loader by latest 30 July 2022 that complies with the following minimum specifications as described below:

• Tractor equipped with front loader: (similar or equal to John Deere 5082E & 552 front loader)

• • 60kw Tractor (82HP)
  • Creeper gear with 200m/h speed
  • The tractor must be 12F/12R power reverser transmission with creeper gear & wet clutch;
  • The quotation must include at least one year guarantee on the tractor and the first service of the tractor.
  • Must be licenced and registered in the name of Casidra (SOC) Ltd.
  • Must be delivered at the project and training conducted.
  • Rear tyres 420/85R30; front tyres 320/85R24
  • Top speed 40km/h;
  • Fuel Tank capacity 95L
  • 2 Year / 2000 hours warrantee
  • Extended 3 Year / 3000 hours warrantee

           Front loader:

• • Base weight 906KG
  • Bucket used: General Purpose 1850mm
  • Bucket weight: 178KG
  • Lift Capacity at full height: Measured at pivot: 1598KG;measured at 800mm ahead of pivot: 1040KG
  • Front loader to be installed on tractor

4. PPP Evaluation Form (Form CBD 5.1 (80/20) )
5. Bank Entity Form (Form CBD 7), unless the banking details of the company indicate “verified” on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
6. Registration on the CSD for all suppliers is compulsory and registration numbers must be supplied.

In accordance with Casidra’s Preferential Procurement Policy, this bid as further indicated in CBD 5.1 is subject to:

• B-BBEE certified bids will receive preferential scores;

BID DEADLINE:  The closing date for the bid is 24 JUNE 2022 strictly at 12H00.
