All bids were evaluated by the bid committee and the bid is awarded to Danabaai Veterinere Kliniek who fulfilled all the compulsory and functional criteria at rates totalling R8 685.00 (including VAT) for services as per the scope of works and achieved a final score of 80.00 points.

Any objections to this allocation of the tender will be allowed, if in writing, for 14 calendar days after the date of this letter, after which it will be regarded as acceptance of the outcome of the tender process.
