General Requirements: Casidra SOC Ltd invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers to submit proposals for the provision of an independent, secure and confidential whistle-blowing hotline service for a period of four (4) years from the date of appointment.
The purpose of the service is to provide employees, directors, contractors, consultants, service providers, suppliers, beneficiaries, clients and members of the public with a safe, independent and confidential mechanism to report suspected fraud, corruption, theft, unethical conduct, maladministration, conflicts of interest, regulatory non-compliance, workplace misconduct and any other irregular or unlawful activities involving Casidra.
The appointed service provider shall operate independently from Casidra and shall ensure that all reports are received, recorded, managed and communicated professionally, objectively and confidentially. The service must promote anonymous reporting where requested and provide appropriate safeguards to protect the identity of whistle-blowers.
The whistle-blowing service forms part of Casidra's governance, ethics, fraud prevention and compliance management framework and must support the organisation in promoting ethical conduct, accountability, transparency and good corporate governance.
