GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
The works, as described, are part of Cape Nature on the below project: – NUWEBERG FOOTBRIDGE

The Hottentots-Holland Nature Reserve, the entrance to the nature reserve is at Nuweberg, in Viljoen’s Pass between Grabouw and Villiersdorp, Western Cape. The works must be completed within a 4 month (definition as defined further) contract period.

The scope of construction works to be monitored entails the construction of a steel footbridge with timber decking and concrete reinforced pier foundations spanning over the Palmiet River on the footprint of the previous bridge which had washed away by past floods.

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
All RFQ documents to be uploaded onto the Casidra RFQ/Tender portal. No e-mailed or hard copy documents will be accepted.

NOTE TO BIDDERS:
Bidders are required to ensure that electronic bid submissions are done at least a day before the closing date to prevent issues which they may encounter due to their internet speed, bandwidth or the size of number of uploads they are submitting.
