AP5819: BID: 13/2025: ROUND 1 FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE DESIGN OF SOLAR SYSTEMS 

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

The works, as described, requires the services of professional service providers in the categories of skills and knowledge as specified in the scope of works. This assignment will be in terms of a Framework Agreement which will be signed with a panel of service providers. The client will be Casidra, the implementing entity for the Western Cape Department of Agriculture.

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

All bid documents must be downloaded from Casidra RFQ/Tender portal and cannot be provided by email or in hard copy.

TENDERS:

Sealed tenders, endorsed as indicated in the bid document, must reach Casidra SOC Ltd at their Head Office, 22 Louws Avenue, Southern Paarl, placed in the bid box available at Reception.

FAILURE TO PROVIDE ANY OF THE COMPULSORY DOCUMENTATION AND PARTICULARS MAY RENDER THE BID INVALID.
