GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
The works, as described, is situated at Klein Morgenwaght Dam.

Scope entails: The construction of a lean to brick and mortar pump house as per the attached drawing. Repair and installation of existing pump which is to be repaired and collected from supplier. Connecting to existing power municipal power supply. Install pump and tie into existing inlet and outlet. Pump and pipes to be pressure tested prior to completion being achieved. Existing platform has been created however current condition must be evaluated. Foundation trenches are to be dug. Successful bidder in their capacity will be required to start within (7) seven days after award.

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
All RFQ documents to be uploaded onto the Casidra RFQ/Tender portal. No e-mailed or hard copy documents will be accepted.

NOTE TO BIDDERS:
Bidders are required to ensure that electronic bid submissions are done at least a day before the closing date to prevent issues which they may encounter due to their internet speed, bandwidth or the size of number of uploads they are submitting.
