Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 13(2) of the Preferential Procurement Regulation, 2017, that abovementioned tender has been cancelled due to the following reason:
Section 13(1) of the above mention Regulation states:

(1) An organ of state may, before the award of a tender, cancel a tender invitation if-
• there is a material irregularity in the tender process (administrative noncompliance of prescribed legislation);
