Laasterivier Dam Rehabilitation

The scope of works to be monitored entails Laasteriver dam rehabilitation situated approximately 40.7km northwest of Montagu, Western Cape. The works must be completed within 4 (four) months contract period. The scope of works entails rehabilitating an earth dam embankment with a total capacity of 5000m³. The embankment will have a maximum height of about 5 meters, a total length of 114 meters, and a crest width of approximately 3.5 meters.

Location: situated 40.7km northwest of Montagu. Access from the N1 leading towards the R318 Road (GPS Co-ordinates: -33.653115°S, 19.797131°E)
