GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
The works, as described, is situated on a farm which is approximately 8,5 Kilometres from Riebeeck Kasteel and approximately 16 kilometres from Malmesbury. The quoted amount will be a lump bid and must include labour, material and machinery. The successful bidder must have the capacity to start the works within 7 (seven) days of appointment.

COMPULSORY SITE MEETING :
COMPULSORY SITE MEETING WILL BE HELD AT THE FARM. FARM IS SITUATED APPROXIMATELY 2,8 KILOMETERS ON THE RIEBEEKSRIVIER ROAD JUST OFF THE R45 TURNOFF AT THE NUWEPLAAS PADSTAL SHOP.

DATE OF COMPULSORY SITE MEETING IS MONDAY THE 3RD AUGUST 2026 AT 11H00.

Conditions that may pose a risk:
Clayish ground and at places very rocky conditions can be expected. Security for materials and equipment must be supplied. The Contractor must put all necessary precautions in place to work under these conditions.

SUBMISSION OF RFQ
All RFQ documents to be uploaded onto the Casidra RFQ/Tender portal. No e-mailed or hard copy documents will be accepted.
