CANCELLATION NOTICE: TENDER 11/2026: KEURBOOMS RIVER: CONSTRUCTION OF EROSION PROTECTION STRUCTURES IN KEURBOOM RIVER, SWELLENDAM

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 7.2.11. of the entity’s Financial Regulations, 2023, that abovementioned tender has been cancelled due to the following reason:

• due to changed circumstances, there is no longer a need for the goods or services specified in the invitation;
• funds are no longer available to cover the total envisaged expenditure;
• no acceptable tender is received;
• There is a material irregularity in the tender process.
• Other: Errors identified
