AP3460: RFQ: ROUND 5: SUPPLY AND INSTALL A BOREHOLE PUMP WITH FITTINGS AND A SOLAR SYSTEM TO PROVIDE ELECTRICITY FOR THE PUMP (BITTERFONTEIN) 

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

The works, as described, is situated close to Bitterfontein, Western Cape, close to the Northern Cape boarder. The quoted amount will be a lump sum bid and must include labour and material.  The successful bidder must have the capacity to start the works within 10 (ten) days of appointment.

If your product’s specifications differ from the above, please indicate on your bid or suggest alternatives. Provide full specifications and a price breakdown with your bid. Deviation must be clearly stated, with technical justification and full specification.

SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

All bid documents must be downloaded from Casidra RFQ/Tender portal and cannot be provided by email or in hard copy.

RFQ’S:

All RFQ documents must be uploaded onto the Casidra RFQ/Tender portal. No e-mailed or hard copy documents will be accepted.

FAILURE TO PROVIDE ANY OF THE COMPULSORY DOCUMENTATION AND PARTICULARS MAY RENDER THE BID INVALID.
